DAY 1: BALI – NUSA PENIDA

• 06:00 – Hotel Pick-up: Private transfer from your Bali hotel to Nusa Dua Harbour.

• 07:30 – Departure: Fast Ferry crossing to Nusa Penida via the Ekajaya Fast Ferry.

• 08:15 – Arrival & Check-in: Direct transfer to Samabu Hills. All entry fees are pre-paid.

• 09:00 – Free Time: Enjoy the rest of the day exploring Penida’s high cliffs at your own pace.

DAY 2: NUSA PENIDA – NUSA LEMBONGAN

• 07:00 – Morning Leisure: Final breakfast in the Penida highlands.

• 08:15 – Inter-Island Hop: Short maritime transit to Nusa Lembongan.

• 09:00 – Sanctuary Transfer: Check-in at Mahagiri Resort or d'Nusa Resort.

• 10:00 – Free Time: Afternoon free for white-sand relaxation or mangrove exploration.

DAY 3: NUSA LEMBONGAN – GILI TRAWANGAN

• 08:00 – Harbor Transfer: Morning pickup for the journey to the Gili archipelago.

• 09:00 – Departure: High-speed transit to Gili Trawangan.

• 11:15 – Resort Arrival: Check-in at your chosen elite property (Marc, Natya, Lumi, or Kardia).

• 12:00 – Free Time: Experience the vehicle-free serenity of Gili T for the remainder of the day.

DAY 4: GILI TRAWANGAN – BALI

• 08:00 – Final Dip: Morning free time for snorkeling or beachfront breakfast.

• 14:00 – Wrap Up: Transfer to the Gili T pier for the return leg.

• 15:15 – Return to Bali: Direct ferry crossing back to Nusa Dua Harbour.

• 17:30 – Hotel Drop-off: Arrive back in Bali; your private driver will return you to your hotel.

- Pick-up Zone: We provide free private transfers from hotels located in the main tourist areas of South and Central Bali, including:

• South Bali: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Canggu, Tuban, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Ungasan, and Uluwatu.

• Central Bali: Sanur, Denpasar, and Ubud Center.
  Remote Area Surcharge (+ IDR 200,000 / Car): A cash surcharge of IDR 200,000 applies for pick-ups outside the complimentary zone. Applicable areas include but are not limited to:

Ferry Departures & Island Transfer:

Please pay close attention to the departure times on your e-tickets to ensure you do not miss the boats. For your specific route from Nusa Penida to Nusa Lembongan, we have issued a special "Island Transfer Voucher" (attached in the email). Simply present this voucher to our Ekajaya staff at the Nusa Penida port, and they will personally direct you to your boat.

Hotel Check-in:

Standard check-in time for all your hotels is 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you are more than welcome to drop your luggage at the reception and explore the island first. To check in , just show the Hotel Booking Confirmation Code provided in the email.

Pick-up & Drop-off Transfers:

For your port-to-hotel transfers on each island, our assigned driver will contact you directly via WhatsApp 1 day before or on the day of your arrival to coordinate the exact meeting point and time.

• - Fixed Duo-Pricing: This bundle covers exactly 2 passengers and 1 shared hotel room.

• - Solo Travelers: If traveling solo, the full bundle price (2 pax + 1 room) still applies for private occupancy.

• - Group Requirements: For groups larger than 2, please purchase additional bundles to ensure enough rooms and tickets are allocated (e.g., 4 pax = 2 bundles = 2 rooms).

  - Subject to Availability: Please note that all hotel selections are subject to room availability at the time of final confirmation. In the event your preferred hotel is fully booked, our team will immediately allocate an alternative accommodation of equal standard.
  
  

  TERMS & CONDITIONS

  - Booking is only confirmed after full payment is received. Unpaid bookings can be released or cancelled to prioritize confirmed guests.

  - For island-hopping private tours, itineraries are fixed due to strict ferry schedules.

  - For self-guided packages, no physical tour guides will be present; we provide only vouchers, itinerary, and WhatsApp support.

  - We enforce a strict no-refund policy if guests are late, miss the ferry, provide wrong pickup details, skip activities, leave early, or fail to follow instructions.

  - Ekajaya Holidays acts as an organizer coordinating with third-party vendors (restaurants, beach clubs, local transport). We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the execution of third-party services.

  - Sea travel is strictly subject to weather conditions and harbor master clearance. In the event of ferry cancellations due to bad weather or Force Majeure, Ekajaya Holidays is not responsible for missed departures or subsequent travel disruptions.

  - Guests must be ready at the designated hotel lobby at the exact pick-up time. Ekajaya Holidays reserves the right to shorten the tour or cancel the itinerary without a refund if the guest delays the departure by more than 30 minutes.

   

   CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
  

  - Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or official message) and is subject to the cancellation policies or every individual vendors.

  - As our packages combine ferries, hotels, transport, and third-party activities, refunds are not treated as one simple amount. Refunds depend on each supplier's specific cancellation rules, based strictly on which parts of the trip are unused, recoverable, or already non-refundable with suppliers.

  - We do not guarantee a full refund for all weather-related cases, as hotels, activities, and vendors may still charge. If the ferry is officially cancelled due to weather or a port authority decision, we offer a free reschedule first. If a reschedule is not possible, we will refund only the unused and recoverable portion of the trip.

  - Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, excluding delays from banks or payment gateways.
