TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Fixed Dates & No Changes

1. This promo applies only to the fixed boat and hotel dates selected at booking.

2. Packages automatically close on the website 10 days before departure (H-10).

3. No Changes Allowed: Dates, names, and routes cannot be rescheduled, changed, or swapped under any circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

1. All sales are 100% non-refundable.

2. Cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows mean total forfeiture of payment. No cash refunds, credits, or vouchers will be issued.

3. This applies to all personal reasons (e.g., illness, missed flights, or personal schedule changes).

3. High Demand & Limited Hotel Availability

1. This flash sale is on a first-come, first-served basis due to high demand and limited room allotments.

2. If your requested hotel becomes fully booked right as your payment goes through, we will offer you:
   - An alternative hotel of a similar category (subject to availability), OR
   - A 100% full refund for your booking.
   
   

4. Room Occupancy & Odd-Numbered Groups

1. Standard room capacity is maximum 2 adults per room.

2. Odd-Numbered Groups (e.g., 3 Persons):
   - You will receive 1 shared room with 1 Extra Bed and 1 Extra Breakfast for the 3rd guest.
   - The extra bed and breakfast costs are automatically included in your total package price.
   
   

5. Fast Ferry Check-In

1. Departures operate strictly from the port listed in your booking (e.g., Nusa Dua Port or Padangbai).

2. Passengers must check in at the harbour counter at least 60 minutes before departure for boarding pass verification.

3. If you miss the boat due to late arrival, Ekajaya will not responsible and will not offer refunds or replacement boats.

6. Personal Expenses

1. The package includes only roundtrip fast boat tickets and hotel room accommodation with daily breakfast.

2. Extra expenses (mini-bar, laundry, extra meals, late check-out, or island activities) are not included and must be paid directly to the hotel.

7. Weather & Force Majeure

1. If sailings are cancelled or delayed by the Harbormaster (port authority), bad weather, or high waves:
   - Ekajaya will reschedule your boat trip to the next safe departure OR issue a replacement boat voucher.
   - No cash refunds will be issued for ferry or hotel components affected by weather or safety cancellations outside our control.

By completing your payment for the package, you agree to all terms listed above.
